We’re excited to present our final event of the year, to celebrate with friends and highlighting our community. Tuan Yuan, means togetherness. TYFC was concepted from wanting to bring people together through food, conversation and art, and now in turn we want to celebrate and give back to others who do the same. This season, we’d like to highlight Heart of Dinner:
“Heart of Dinner addresses food insecurity, social isolation, and loneliness among Asian American seniors who live in under-resourced and underinvested communities in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and The Bronx with the goal to reach Staten Island in 2024. Care packages of nutritiously prepared lunch boxes and fresh produce are hand delivered to our beneficiaries every Wednesday, lovingly paired with a handwritten and illustrated letter in their native language to bring warmth and comfort.”
With your ticket donation, all proceeds will go to Heart of Dinner, who have been helping deliver much needed meals and groceries year round to the elderly in NYC. We will be hosting two events, and hope you join is for one or all!
An honor to donate to this event! What a way to end the year of 2023! It was my first event with THANK YOU FOR COMING and I cannot wait to attend the next! Charity is a way to give back to the communities , to the people, and to those who are in need. We all have something to give, it doesn’t always have to be money, your time and effort goes a long way! I can’t wait to see what 2024 brings to all of us! I started not knowing how I was going to manage. But I am so glad I took the first step! 8 weeks straight of showing love and support through food!

I had the honor to also donate meals to Queens Medical Associates!!💝🎀 This place hits home for me! My mom had been getting chemo treatments from here for 6 years, while she was battling cancer. Once a week, I would accompany her while she received treatment. There we have met very special people close to my heart!!❤️ I will never forget anyone from there! Mommy I know you would be so happy to see them!😭 THANK YOU for all that you guys do!!😘😘😘
